The Company has taken certain concrete steps to assert Corporate Governance. As an internal policy on access to Audit Committee, the management has introduced the Whistle Blower Policy, which enables the personnel who observe any unethical or improper practice in the company to approach the Audit Committee without necessarily informing their superiors.
